On2Cook builds a hybrid cooking device that uses combination cooking technology—induction or flame acting on food from outside and microwaves from inside—to accelerate cooking. The product is engineered for both domestic and commercial kitchens and is designed to save up to 70% on time and 50% on energy while retaining water-soluble nutrients, color, texture and consistency. The device has been tested with more than 100 chefs and culinary experts and can cook a wide range of items from fries and chicken to cakes. The company has been granted patents across India, the US and the UK and highlights awards including an iF Design award, the British Invention Show Diamond Award, and recognition at CES Las Vegas 2022. On2Cook offers app connectivity intended to simplify cooking and reduce cognitive load. Financially, the startup has secured seed funding of over $2 million and states a valuation of $12.5 million (100 crore INR), and it is exhibiting at GulfHost 2022 in Dubai.
