OnBoard provides a cloud-based board intelligence and management platform used by more than 2,600 organizations and their 12,000 boards and committees across 32 countries. Led by CEO Paroon Chadha, the product serves customers in higher education, nonprofit, health care systems, government, and corporate enterprise. OnBoard and its sister solution, OnSemble, are products of parent company Passageways, which Chadha founded in 2003. The company intends to use new capital to accelerate product innovation, support organic market expansion and strategic acquisitions, and strengthen brand growth. Management says the investment will help OnBoard reach more customers and better serve complex board and leadership needs across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
