As part of the announcement, Annie Lamont and Ezekiel J. 'Zeke' Emanuel joined Oncology Analytics' board of directors. Oncology Analytics is a URAC-accredited provider of web-based oncology management and chemotherapy decision support services. Its proprietary clinical decision support system, backed by an in-house team of board-certified hematologists and oncologists and a library of over 2,800 treatment protocols, delivers real-time expertise to treating physicians. The company focuses on ensuring treatments are efficacious, less toxic, and cost-effective, reducing unnecessary costs for payers and providers. OA has experienced rapid growth and nationwide success in chemotherapy decision support and is expanding to address all aspects of cancer care from screening and diagnosis through genetic testing, therapy optimization and end-of-life care. The company recently secured a $7.5 million investment to broaden product development, acquire strategic relationships, and hire new staff to accelerate growth. Dr. Marc Fishman founded OA in 2009 and leads the company as CEO.
