Onedios operates a patented, in-house unified request platform for the consumer electronics industry that connects dealers, distributors and consumers to enable swift service bookings and digital interactions. The platform offers brand-authorised extended warranties, rapid CRM integration, and a hassle-free integrated experience for OEMs and retailers. Onedios partners with brands such as Daikin and Voltas and supports service across more than 100 brands. The company says it has served 7.5 lakh customers to date. Co-founded in 2019 by Nitin Chawla and Amit Sharma and based in Noida, Onedios aims to enable warranty sales to all OEMs via its retailer channel. Future plans highlighted in the release focus on onboarding retailers and investing in technology, operations, marketing and sales to scale its network and integrations.
