Onedirect is a France-based e-commerce specialist offering professional telephone devices and solutions to businesses. Its site lists over 1,800 products from brands such as Panasonic, Philips, Polycom and Alcatel and attracts roughly 350,000 unique visitors per month. The company operates across several European markets including Portugal, Spain, Italy and Germany, and maintains branches in Milan and Barcelona. Onedirect employs about 75 people, 40 of whom are dedicated to sales. The company reported over €24 million in revenue last year. Co-founders Hervé Lafont and Emmanuel Stern remain shareholders following the deal, and management will be bolstered by the addition of Jean-Louis Coustenoble.
