OneJet is a Pittsburgh-based air transportation network that provides nonstop scheduled flights connecting small to mid-size East Coast markets. The company operates from main commercial terminals and emphasizes expedited travel with TSA PreCheck access, expedited boarding, complimentary onboard amenities and high-speed internet. Flights are operated by regionally based operating partners that OneJet says are ARG/US Platinum Safety-rated and TSA-certified. In December 2017 OneJet launched OneJet Plus with ERJ135 aircraft and added nonstop routes to Palm Beach, Kansas City, and Memphis. Company leadership includes former senior executives from major U.S. airlines, the U.S. Department of Transportation, aircraft manufacturers and TSA. OneJet said it has raised over $10 million in a private Regulation D offering to support service increases and network expansion, and it cautioned investors about the high liquidity risk of its securities.
