Overview

OneLogin provides a Unified Access Management platform that connects people with the apps, devices, and data that drive productivity through secure login. The company emphasizes product development, including Multi-Factor Authentication, to broaden its security offerings. It serves over 2,500 customers worldwide across multiple industries, including Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Compass, and Broward College. OneLogin has approximately 250 employees globally and is expanding its footprint with a new growth center at the Atlanta Tech Park and a development center in Seattle. Led by CEO Brad Brooks, the company is accelerating product adoption and international growth in North America and Europe. Headquartered in San Francisco, OneLogin has raised substantial capital to support these plans. OneLogin provides a Unified Access Management (UAM) platform that lets organizations manage access for both on‑premise and cloud applications with a single solution. The platform secures millions of identities and is used by more than 2,000 enterprises globally. The company says it has seen record growth in its last two quarters and has grown its employee base 30% in the past seven months. OneLogin is accelerating a move upmarket and is expanding engineering capacity with a new Seattle‑area development center in Redmond, Washington. The company plans to use new capital to invest in product, brand, and hiring as it continues to scale. CRV characterized the UAM market as a roughly $20B opportunity growing about 15% year over year. OneLogin provides a cloud-based identity and access management (IAM) platform that secures applications, users and devices. Its core features include secure single sign-on, mobile identity, multi-factor authentication, SAML support, and integration with directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP. The platform is pre-integrated with thousands of enterprise applications including Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Google Apps, Box and Workday. Launched in 2010 by Thomas Pedersen, the company works with more than 1,000 companies across healthcare, financial services, high tech and retail, with users in over 100 countries. OneLogin plans to use the new funding to accelerate research and development, sales, channel, marketing and support. Financially, it raised $25M in a Series C and has now raised a total of $44M. OneLogin is an enterprise identity management company offering a cloud-native IAM platform to manage employee and external user identities and control access to applications both in the cloud and behind the firewall. Its turnkey solution includes single sign-on, strong authentication, federation, directory integration, user provisioning and reporting, and it emphasizes integration with on-premises security models. OneLogin highlights product features such as a native iPad app, Federated Cloud Search across SaaS apps, a mobile one-time-password app with push, real-time Active Directory synchronization, and open-source SAML toolkits. The company reports rapid adoption across startups (Dropbox, Pandora, Pinterest, Uber) and large organizations (Netflix, News Corp), with its largest customer deploying more than one million users. OneLogin's catalog contains thousands of pre-integrated applications and it positions itself as cloud-native while supporting enterprise requirements behind the firewall. The company announced a $13 million Series B and plans to use the funds to expand in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific and to accelerate talent acquisition in those markets. OneLogin provides a cloud-based single identity platform that lets enterprises centralize access control with a single login for business applications. The product integrates with over 1,700 applications, including Salesforce, Google Apps, Zendesk, SugarCRM and KnowledgeTree. Features include password management, multi-factor authentication, directory integration, and user provisioning. OneLogin targets the SMB market rather than massive enterprises. Clients include Yammer, and Yammer founder and CEO David Sacks is an investor. The company plans to use new funding to expand its sales and product development initiatives.
