Zuul is a New York-based provider of ghost kitchens that operates a flagship location at 30 Vandam St. The company partners with established restaurant brands including Naya, Sweetgreen, StoneBridge Pizza and Salad. Zuul raised $9 million in funding to expand its presence across the five boroughs. The company says the capital will allow it to expand ghost kitchens across the city and enable members to dynamically scale. Co-founder and CEO Corey Manicone said the additional capital will let Zuul play a central role in the restaurant industry’s accelerating shift toward delivery and help address the challenges that shift presents.
