Onward commercializes ARC Therapy, a suite of neurostimulation technologies founded on research from CHUV and UNIL by Grégoire Courtine, Jocelyne Bloch, and Vincent Delattre. Its ARC-EX® system is already cleared for use in the United States and Europe, positioning the company as a commercial-stage player. The implantable ARC-IM® platform is in clinical evaluation, including studies targeting blood pressure instability in spinal cord injury patients. Onward recently raised more than €40 million, including €25 million from EQT Life Sciences, which extends its financial runway into early 2028. The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, expand commercial activities in key markets, and support further clinical validation and regulatory work.
