The company’s stated mission is to transform healthcare administration and eliminate an estimated $400 billion in waste through real-time interactions among providers, payers, and members. OODA is collaborating with Blue Shield of California to develop and pilot the platform with Dignity Health and Hill Physicians in Oakland.
