Its platform provides a digital housing storefront that analyzes customer behavior and delivers insights about desired features and floor plans in specific communities. The product also claims to identify construction bottlenecks and help builders manage operations to reduce construction cycle time and minimize waste. OpenHouse was founded in 2018 by Will Zhang and Yanky Li and launched its offering in 2022. The company has expanded in Alberta through a partnership with Trico Homes and entered Washington, Colorado, and Tennessee markets.
