OpenJet provides a cloud-based platform that offers charter jet operators a complete ERP for operations management, enabling real-time calculation of availability and pricing based on aircraft, crews, flight‑time limits, airports, and logistics. The platform exposes that operational data to agencies and travelers directly, with bookings available on OpenJet’s website and via an exclusive partnership with Amadeus. The company charges a 7.5% fee on all transactions and says operators in France, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Belgium, and the United States are already using the service. OpenJet launched in Europe immediately and plans to enter the United States in June. The startup raised €3 million in seed funding to fuel the launch. OpenJet is officially headquartered in Luxembourg, while key executives are based in Paris and New York City.
