OpenUp currently has over 250 connected professionals and reports that 600,000 employees and their family members can access its services. It operates in the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Belgium and serves more than 2,000 companies, including Rabobank, Decathlon, and Deloitte. The company highlights employer privacy safeguards—employers only see aggregate usage numbers and experts are not permitted to share user information.
