OpinionLab says it interprets over 10 million location-specific comments each month in more than 32 languages and from over 200 countries, and powers customer service technology for half of the Fortune 500, including Walmart, Bank of America, Ford Motor Company, and United Airlines. The new financing will be used for further global expansion and product development.
