Opya develops early intervention solutions for children with autism, combining clinical treatment with in-home and telehealth therapy. Its integrated, multidisciplinary model connects behavioral, speech, and occupational therapy with family training and in-home programs. The company is led by CEO Alden Romney and was founded by Jonathan Wright; it now has more than 100 employees. Opya intends to use the $15.4M Series A to scale its clinical care, add leadership talent, and accelerate product innovation. As part of the fundraise, Austin Poole of Panoramic Ventures will join Opya’s board alongside existing members including Romney, Wright, Jay Zeidman (Altitude Ventures), and Amol Deshpande (Divergent Investments).
