Orbis Financial Corporation completed a fund raise of Rs 102 crore from investor Ashish Kacholia. The company said the capital will be used to strengthen its position in the financial securities market. This is the second round of fresh investment by Ashish Kacholia in the company. Earlier, Orbis raised Rs 111 crore from Ashish Kacholia and others. Derivative Saint served as the sole advisor in both fund raising rounds. Orbis, which started operations in 2009, provides professional services and a wide array of security services to investors including FPIs, insurance companies and high‑net‑worth individuals.
