Orbit-Ed is an XR education company founded in 2018 that began by recreating school curriculum using augmented reality and 3D visualizations on a cloud platform. Last year the company expanded into enterprise training, offering a gamified immersive learning platform to strengthen employees' soft and technical skills. Their experiential learning software delivers simulated difficult scenarios in a secure virtual environment, which the company says produces 275% greater confidence and stronger EQ, empathy, and communication skills. Orbit-Ed reports having impacted more than 3,000 employees and claims its application is four times faster and three times more efficient than classroom and online alternatives. Earlier this year Orbit-Ed raised $500,000 from Boost VC to enhance corporate training in Pakistan. The company frames its mission as improving empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills to transform workforces into morally motivated communities.
