Order of Meta is a mobile developer founded in 2021 by Wargaming and Panzerdog alumni and is headquartered in Espoo, Finland. Its debut title, Cargo Hunters, is an extraction shooter for mobile due this year. The studio raised $3.3 million in a seed funding round to finance development and the launch of Cargo Hunters. The round was led by GEM Capital, with contributions from Korea Investment Partners, Play Ventures, and The Games Fund. Order of Meta previously raised $1.5 million in a pre-seed round in 2021. The new funding is earmarked to complete development and support the commercial launch of its first game.
