Orioma
9, rue de Rocher de Lorzier, Moirans, Isère, 38430, France
Overview
Orioma develops LOBX, a multi-measure IoT sensor intended to monitor occupancy, temperature, lighting and security and to collect and correlate data to regulate heating, cooling and lighting. The device is described as wireless, batteryless and energy-autonomous for up to 15 years thanks to an integrated organic photovoltaic panel. Early deployments in France reportedly reduced building energy consumption by up to 30%, and the technology has been trialed for warehouse security in Côte d’Ivoire and in pilot projects in Japan and South Korea. Orioma was founded in 2020 and is led by Serdar Manakli and Philippe Ecrement. The company aims to industrialize production at scale and expand into European and international smart-building markets, with a planned follow-on fundraising in early 2027.
