Oroi builds a VR platform of experiences aimed at stimulating cognition and emotions in older adults, combining entertainment with exercises to train memory, attention and language. The product is targeted at residents in care homes and seniors with mobility or cognitive limitations. The project was developed and accelerated by Eywa Space, a venture builder specialized in AR/VR. Co‑founders Jorge Maylin (CEO) and Iñaki Aramburu (COO) lead the company’s push to improve seniors’ wellbeing through immersive experiences. Oroi closed a €400,000 funding round to support product development and international expansion into markets such as France, Germany and Finland. The company positions itself to become a European leader in VR solutions for older adults.
