Ostmodern is a London- and NYC-based digital product design and technology business led by CEO Tom Williams that creates video platforms for entertainment companies including Formula One, Arsenal, Channel 4 and Fox. The company developed its Skylark Platform in-house; Skylark serves as its CMS, VMS and API for content-first businesses. Ostmodern raised £2m in funding to accelerate growth. The funds will be used to grow the Skylark Platform, expand the team through new hires and introduce new product features. The investment was made by Puma Private Equity, the private equity division of Puma Investments.
