Otel AI, founded in Dublin in 2025 by Paul Ryan and Nikhil Patil, builds an AI platform that connects to hotels' existing systems—PMS, revenue management, payroll, F&B, and guest reviews—to automate daily operational tasks while keeping humans in the decision loop. The platform performs tasks internally (rather than adding another external dashboard), traces every output back to source data, and maintains data security through ISO 27001 certification and GDPR compliance.
