Otto, formerly TeleVet, builds a practice management and communications platform for veterinary clinics covering scheduling, after‑hours triage, telemedicine, payments, and digital prescription refills. Its system integrates with Cornerstone, Neo and AVImark and includes a communications product called Flow, a payments tool, and Care membership plans. Otto says its automation can free up to eight hours per week for clinic teams, has halved appointment no‑shows, and reduced call volume by about 70%. The company reports customer growth of 600% to over 8,000 veterinary clinics and hospitals, adding more than 1,000 in the past year. Zeynep Young became CEO in December 2022, succeeding co‑founder Steven Carter; founders include Carter and Price Fallin. Otto has rebranded from TeleVet and is on track to reach breakeven by the end of 2025.
