The company partners with payers and housing organizations — including AmeriHealth Caritas D.C. and National Housing Trust — and works with local providers and community organizations to deliver wraparound services. Ounce currently serves over 2,000 residents across nine affordable housing properties in Washington, D.C. Led by CEO Rachel Munsie, the company says it will use the new funding to expand operations and broaden its business reach. The model focuses on trusted, relationship-based engagement to improve health outcomes for Medicaid beneficiaries.
