OurSong operates a mobile app that lets artists upload and mint their content as NFTs and price assets in the app’s native token, OurSong dollar (OSD). The app launched in early February and has 150,000 users. It is compatible with Ethereum, Binance Chain, Thundercore and plans to add Polygon. OurSong is a subsidiary of Our Happy Company, co-founded by John Legend and KKBOX CEO Chris Lin, and is led operationally by co-founder Terry Leong. The platform aims to help performers monetize content more effectively and give fans ownership of rare collectibles while fostering direct community engagement. The recent seed raise will support team expansion, partnerships, and artist-education campaigns about NFTs.
