Outrigger Energy LLC is a Denver, CO-based midstream company that provides a full range of midstream services to crude oil and natural gas producers. It focuses on the design, construction, operation and acquisition of midstream assets and on midstream projects in emerging resource plays. Services include crude oil gathering and marketing; natural gas gathering, compression, processing, treating and marketing; NGL fractionation, transportation and marketing; and produced water handling and disposal. Outrigger received $200m in equity commitments from investors including Kayne Anderson Energy Fund VI, private investor Brion G. Wise and management.
