Oxehealth, based in Oxfordshire, provides a vision-based patient monitoring and management platform. Its core product, Oxevision, uses a contact-free optical sensor to detect patient vital signs and behaviour and delivers a secure on-demand video feed. The platform is used to help clinicians plan care and intervene proactively in inpatient and residential care settings. Oxehealth Service supports customers to deploy Oxevision and create proactive, data-enabled systems of care that drive year-on-year improvement in safety, quality and cost efficiency. The company secured £10m in commitments underwritten by existing shareholders, to be delivered in two rounds across 2021 and 2022. Oxehealth intends to use the funds for commercial expansion of the platform.
