Oyika develops a network of battery charging and swapping stations for electric two‑wheelers and provides a mobile app that shows nearby stations and their capacity. The company partners with electric two‑wheeler manufacturers and operators to connect vehicles to its swap network. Oyika plans to accelerate expansion, grow its network of swap stations, and onboard more clients with support from new investors. After the Series B, the company’s valuation rose to US $62.7 million. In 2021 Oyika announced plans to raise $100 million to roll out 30,000 power subscription plans across Indonesia and had a goal to capture 0.5% of Southeast Asia’s 250 million motorbikes by 2026. Oyika was founded in 2018 by Carl Wong and Jinsi Lee and is based in Singapore.
