Pact Apparel is an everyday apparel brand offering soft organic and fair trade cotton basics. Pact received a minority investment of an undisclosed amount from Sunrise Strategic Partners and will use the proceeds to grow operations. Management plans to increase distribution and invest in marketing to expand the brand. Wear PACT is an ethical and organic apparel basics brand founded in 2009 and led by CEO Rosanne Palmisano. The company launched with organic cotton underwear for men and women and has expanded into tops, bottoms and socks for men, women and babies. In March it launched a line of organic cotton apparel manufactured in a Fair Trade Certified™ facility. PACT is based in Boulder, CO, with a design office in San Francisco. Since Revelry Brands acquired PACT in December 2011, revenue has grown nearly 800% and is projected to grow an additional 80% year-over-year in 2014. The company plans to use the new funding to expand its distribution footprint, invest in new product offerings and grow its team.
