Launched in 2015 and based in Indianapolis, the platform can populate contract information from any system, track contracts in real time, and offer a mobile-responsive signing experience. PactSafe reports processing millions of legal events and helping customers save 1.8 million work hours through its workflows. Its click-through workflow API powers millions of self-service online contracts for customers like TiVo, Upwork, Angie’s List and CDW. The company plans to use new funding to expand further into enterprise SaaS, e‑commerce and other verticals and to continue product development on its high-velocity contracting solution.
