Midient operates a game-based coupon platform that lets businesses distribute offers and run loyalty programs through a mobile app where users play to collect points and redeem rewards. The product enables business owners to set up and manage loyalty programs and launch offer campaigns alongside existing rewards. Midient is currently operational in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, including Erbil and Suleymaniyah. The company plans to expand into the rest of Iraq and further develop its mobile application to support business-run campaigns. It also plans to build self-onboarding features so any business can onboard and manage offers directly in the app. Midient was founded in 2021 and is led by co-founder and CEO Ahmed Jamal.
