Padel 100 is Ireland’s fastest-growing padel court operator, aiming to create a nationwide network of 300 courts by December 2027. The company has already locked in more than 40 sites and plans to install 10–12 courts each month, with 100 courts expected to be completed by April 2026. Strategic partnerships with booking-software provider Playtomic, materials specialist NXPadel, and Sweden’s Acenta Group underpin its rapid build-out schedule. Management projects the network will host more than 800,000 annual player sessions and generate over €11 million in revenue by 2026. Padel 100’s investment offer is structured under Ireland’s Employment Investment Incentive Scheme (EIIS), giving early investors 50 % income-tax relief before 15 November 2025 (35 % thereafter). The package also targets a 40 % fixed return over four years, full capital repayment in Year 4, bonus royalty income for commitments above €50,000, and an option to convert into equity for longer-term upside.
