PaidEasy provides an end-to-end mobile payments solution for the hospitality industry, initially targeting restaurants and bars with plans to expand into other hospitality verticals. The app lets users open, view, split, tip, and pay bills in real time and can auto-close bills when users leave an establishment. PaidEasy integrates with merchants' existing point-of-sale systems without requiring hardware changes and claims it can reduce processing fees to 1.9% through strategic partnerships. The platform also offers loyalty and rewards, real-time analytics and actionable data for merchants, and integrations with Apple Pay, Yelp, Uber and others. PaidEasy launched out of beta this week and is available in the Apple App Store and the Apple Watch Store. The company recently completed a seed financing that provides capital to expand its merchant footprint and sales, marketing, and technology efforts.
