Pangea Biomed is a Tel Aviv, Israel–based biotech that developed ENLIGHT, an advanced multi-cancer, multi-therapy response predictor. ENLIGHT combines machine learning and deep RNA analysis to map tumor molecular signatures and adaptively personalize cancer care. The company aims to bring precision oncology to patients, improve oncology drug development, and empower oncologists to treat patients more successfully. Over the last year Pangea began two clinical trials, published three papers on its newest findings, and established partnerships with several pharmaceutical companies. It collaborates with clinicians and researchers at institutions including Massachusetts General Hospital and Sheba Hospital. Pangea intends to use the additional funding to expand US operations, drive commercial partnerships, and scale its product offerings.
