Panodyssey operates a social network that links authors and readers, allowing creators to publish fiction and non-fiction, collaborate on works, and build communities. The platform serves authors, journalists, illustrators, and publishing and communication professionals while offering readers ad-free access and subscription or donation options. It reports more than 2,000 authors and 500,000 registered readers and is available in French, English, Spanish, Italian, and German. Creators can use features such as a Creative Room and opt for Panodyssey Pro (a one-time €199 HT payment) for account certification, European data storage, and additional monetization tools. The company recently raised €5 million to continue platform development and expand monetization availability across several dozen countries while preserving an ethical, secure, and interactive approach. Supported by the European Commission, Panodyssey also launched CREA Trust AI at the end of 2023 in partnership with Agencia EFE to develop trustworthy AI solutions for media and culture.
