Panorama9 provides a cloud-based IT management platform enabling IT managers to monitor company assets, IT availability, security vulnerabilities, and non-compliant systems from a single dashboard. The company was founded in 2010 and is led by CEO Allan Thorvaldsen and CTO Diego d'Ambra. Panorama9 is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and San Francisco, CA, and launched in the U.S. market in April 2012 after successful trials in Scandinavia. It raised $900k in seed funding to develop additional features with a focus on platform usability and flexibility. The capital will also be used to expand Panorama9’s U.S. sales presence in early 2013. Backers named in the round include Jakob Roed and Morten Stromsted.
