Panzerdog is a Russian-Finnish games studio founded in 2016 focused on mobile shooters. The company is preparing to release its first game, Tacticool, a mobile shooter in which each match lasts one minute. Panzerdog previously raised about $100,000 from the Aii Capital fund. The newly announced investment will be used to finish development of the shooter and to promote the company, according to co-founder Alexey Sazonov. Mail.ru Games Ventures’ investment involves Mail.ru taking an equity stake, though the size of the stake and other financial details were not disclosed. The studio is using the fresh capital to move the title toward launch scheduled for early next year.
