Overview
Paradigm Health provides a unified, AI-powered infrastructure that allows hospitals and biopharmaceutical sponsors to design, recruit for, and execute clinical trials directly within real-world clinical workflows. After acquiring Flatiron Health's Clinical Research Business, the company operates the largest oncology research network in the United States, spanning 45 states, 166 provider organizations, and 2,100 care locations—placing 70% of the U.S. cancer population within reach of a trial site. The network includes 123 community oncology practices and 43 health systems and academic medical centers, 23 of which are NCI-Designated Cancer Centers. Paradigm's software automates patient matching and site feasibility, enabling health systems to enroll patients four times faster while reducing costs and administrative burden for sponsors. The company currently supports Phase I–III oncology studies for 15 of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies and is expanding into neuroscience, cardiovascular, metabolic, and other high-need therapeutic areas. It has also launched a Trial Design Service to help sponsors create interventional and pragmatic studies embedded in routine care. The newly raised capital will accelerate platform development and expand its commercial footprint in the U.S. and internationally.
