Overview
Paragon builds a platform that lets software products integrate with third-party SaaS apps without disrupting existing workflows. Its product provides fully managed authentication, prebuilt integration interfaces, and an integration builder that allows customers to create custom integrations without writing code. The company supports around 45 prebuilt integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack and Shopify, and offers both cloud-hosted and on-premise deployments that manage end-user credentials and store integration data for logging and observability. Paragon reports servicing about 100 million requests per month across its customer base. The startup plans to use new capital to scale and expand its engineering and go-to-market teams. To date Paragon has raised $16.5 million in capital. Paragon offers a low-code application integration platform with a visual workflow editor and prebuilt building blocks for API requests, third-party integrations and conditional logic. The product includes roughly 1,200 predefined connectors for tools like Stripe, Slack and Google Drive and is built on AWS serverless architecture, with Paragon handling backend infrastructure for triggered workflows. The company is focused on improving developer and product engineering efficiency rather than robotic process automation, aiming to let teams build integrations without writing manual code. Paragon launched a private beta in January and currently serves 80 customers. The founding team includes Brandon Foo (co‑founder of Polymail) and Ishmael Samuel (former lead engineer at Uber). The company has six employees and plans to hire four more this year as it scales.
