Parklet is a San Francisco-based onboarding and culture integration platform led by CEO Dane Hurtubise. It provides a centralized directory that stores employee and company data to help companies manage workforce, culture and processes. Its first product built on the directory is a Life Cycle module that streamlines onboarding, termination and reviews. The company secured $1.5M in seed funding and intends to use the proceeds to continue developing the platform and expand operations. Parklet is hiring. Investors in the round include Storm Ventures’ Jason Lemkin, Greylock Ventures’ Joseph Ansanelli and Sarah Guo, FundersClub, Winklevoss Capital, Western Technology Investment, Andrew McCollum, Darian Shirazi and Hiten Shah. Jason Lemkin joined Parklet’s board of directors as part of the financing.
