Overview
Parkly operates a cloud platform and mobile app that lets drivers find, reserve and pay for commercial parking in malls, business centers, airports and stations, enabling advance booking and gated access. The service aims to save motorists time searching for spots and reduce parking costs for stays longer than 1–2 hours, while giving parking owners tools to improve customer service and monetise unused spaces without heavy capex. Parkly offers features for operators including flexible digital parking solutions, short‑term parking capabilities without installing parcometers, and more efficient space management to increase revenue and attract visitors. The service launched in spring 2021 on founders’ funds (founders include Roman Pavlushko, Dmitry Kopylov and Dmitry Mikhailov). In its first six months Parkly connected 12 sites within Moscow’s Garden Ring and onboarded about 10,000 motorists to its app, indicating early user traction. The company recently completed a seed raise to support further expansion of its platform and operator integrations.
