Pashouses is an end-to-end transactional marketplace for buying and selling houses in Jakarta, covering brokerage, renovation, staging and mortgage services. The company uses technology to help buyers make informed decisions on pricing and financing structures to create paths to home ownership. It was co-founded by Junghans Tasani and Bin Anindita; Junghans Tasani serves as CEO and commented on leveraging QED's fintech experience. To date Pashouses has processed 12,000 seller submissions, facilitated 2,000 house visits and completed 500 transactions.
