Patch Organics
Mount Kisco, New York, United States
Overview
Patch Organics makes pumpkin seed milk beverages launched from the founder’s home kitchen in 2016. Its flagship product, PatchMilk, moved to a refined commercial-production formula and is available in five flavors: original, chocolate, coffee, pumpkin spice, and ginger turmeric. The company secured $200,000 in seed-stage venture capital from Big Idea Ventures to support commercialization. Pre-launch samples sold quickly at New York City coffee shops and specialty retailers, and the line is expected to reach online retail in August. Founder Patricia Trongone emphasizes longer shelf life, room-temperature storage, and a completely plant-based, cruelty-free production chain, plus taste, health, and environmental benefits. Patricia is preparing to raise a second seed round of about $500,000.
