PathSource combines a data analytics recommendation engine with a video library, career database, and modular curricular tools to help students discover and prepare for career paths. Its engine uses student demographics and signals (location, gender, ethnicity, assessment results) plus regional job data to recommend careers and educational tracks. The HD video library contains over 1,100 three-minute informational-interview videos organized into 16 career clusters and 58 career pathways, available in dozens of languages with subtitles and transcripts. The curricular modules are interactive, Common Core–aligned, and designed to teach both technical and soft skills for internships and jobs. PathSource is focused on K-12 adoption and is integrated for use by teachers, guidance counselors, and districts; it currently works with about 10 K-12 customers including San Francisco Public Schools and Chicago Public Schools. With inbound district interest growing, the company plans to expand its sales team and broaden district awareness while exploring potential future B2C and other vertical applications.
