Pavilion (formerly Revenue Collective) is a private membership community that provides peer-to-peer connection, training, development, and career resources for high-growth professionals. Founded in 2016 and launching its first chapter in New York City, the organization has expanded into an international center serving leaders across functions. In June 2021 the company rebranded to Pavilion after surpassing 5,000 Members and began welcoming entry-level Analysts while broadening membership beyond revenue roles. Pavilion offers 13 new university-style course offerings (including CRO School, RevOps School, CMO School and others) included directly in membership. The company announced acquisitions of FinOps and SDRDefenders to bring additional communities into its network and formed a CSR partnership with Ecologi. Founder and CEO Sam Jacobs said the rebrand enables expansion into all industries and broader support for members. Pavilion also announced $25 million in growth financing from VC partner Elephant and other individuals to support training partnerships, expand into more functions, and build out its Member Success team.
