Payall is a Miami-based cross-border payments processor that builds white-label software, UI and APIs enabling regulated banks to offer international fund transfers. Its platform is designed to help clearing institutions “know their customer’s customer” and automate high-volume payouts. Recipients can receive funds to digital wallets, prepaid cards, or bank accounts, with the company targeting near-real-time delivery at lower cost than traditional bank products. Payall emphasizes compliance and protecting the safety and soundness of cross-border payments, a category framed as high risk by regulators. Founder Gary Palmer, a payments industry veteran, says the product is intended to be inclusive so banks can deliver money efficiently to anyone on the planet. Payall recently raised a $10M seed round and had previously secured $8.2M in pre-seed and SAFE financings.
