It is acquiring UK-based WebContractor, which manages subcontractor payment applications for businesses in the UK and Irish construction sector. Payapps says the combination will optimise business processes and further disrupt construction payment processing technology. To facilitate the acquisition and support its expansion across the British Isles, Payapps secured external financing. Leadership framed the deal as a significant milestone in growing the company’s client base and geographic footprint.
