Pebble is a 15-person Seattle startup that uses AI to create health benefits plans for companies with up to 500 employees. Its software integrates with HR platforms including Gusto, Rippling, Justworks and ADP to deliver benefits packages comparable to those at larger firms. The company emphasizes making sought-after offerings such as fertility assistance and expanded mental-health coverage accessible to smaller employers. Pebble publicly launched Wednesday and counts early customers including insurance-tech Joshu, note-taking app Dendron and event-facilitator Mystery. It announced a $12M second seed that brings total funding to $17.3M and said it will use the fresh cash for hiring and product development. Pebble did not reveal current revenue figures; CEO Manoj Pinna co-founded the company with Vinay Reddy and Pinna previously worked at Nubank, Capital One and ZestFinance.
