Peddlr is a free Smart POS app for Filipino MSMEs that records sales, logs expenses, manages inventory, and generates easy-to-understand accounting reports. The product includes a digital storefront to help small and micro businesses participate in the rapid digitalization of the Philippine economy. Since its official launch in July 2021, Peddlr has shown remarkable organic growth and built a dedicated community of MSMEs replacing pen-and-paper business management with mobile tools. The company was founded by CEO Nel Laygo, COO Aiko Reyes, and founding developers Francis Dela Cruz, Mel Francis Separa, and Nelson Bathan Jr. In November 2021 Peddlr raised $500,000 in an oversubscribed pre-Seed round to accelerate user growth and develop infrastructure for stability and scalability. The funds will be used to support user acquisition and further develop the platform’s infrastructure to handle increased usage.
