Peers builds an AI-powered learning path generator called SELENA that creates individualized learning and development programmes for employees in minutes. SELENA identifies users' learning needs, maps actual and target skills using the ESCO database of the European Commission (over 12,000 skills), and combines market learning offerings with customers' own content. The platform delivers theoretical, practical, digital, and face-to-face content through partners such as Haufe Akademie, Pink University and TÜV Rheinland, and lets managers, HR and learners track progress. Peers was spun off from TRUMPF and is anchored in industrial and medium-sized businesses, and is also used by large companies in real estate and services. The company aims to develop the smartest and fastest learning path generator to serve the majority of the workforce at medium and large European businesses. Peers was founded in 2019 and is Berlin-based.
